Delivery Times
The warehouse information multiplied the color code for web shop product page: Green = The product in stock, Yellow = delivery time 7-14 days and the red product is the end of the sales of the product. Products in stock are delivered within one or two days from ordering. If the product has to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, the delivery time to the customer is always confirmed via email after we have received a confirmation from the manufacturer. This is due to the fact that Elegi Trading House (henceforth “ELEGI”) does not have up-to-date information on the manufacturer's trading stock before contacting the factory to place the order.
Delivery Methods and Handling Charges
Ordered products are sent via a courier service (DHL or similar) parcel delivery service.
Consignments delivery cost in Europea EUR 8.00 (20% VAT included) and are delivered by a courier service (DHL or similar) parcel delivery service.
